The NASA Intercenter Competition and JPL Section Challenge

The NASA Intercenter Competition has been conducted as a competition among all NASA centers twice a year since the mid-1970s. Two distances, 2-mi and 10-K, are contested every spring and fall. Participation is encouraged, and some points are earned even by slow walkers.

The JPL Section Challenge was begun in Fall 1984 as an internal competition among JPL sections and other organizations, intended to spur JPL participation in the NASA Intercenter Competition. Runners and walkers earn points for both competitions with the same 2-mi and 10-K events.

Some results from past years are linked below. Additional results will be posted as they become available.
